Your onboarding journey

Eight steps, start to finish. Each one builds on the last.

1
Step 1 · Register

Register & upload your documents

Register to join the Syndicate on our affiliate platform (powered by UpPromote). Then upload your documents through the Dropbox link — proof that you're part of the ski industry: a ski instructor certification (any level) or proof of employment in the industry (lift technician, trainer, rescue/patrol operations, guide, resort hospitality, etc.). Each application is reviewed individually. Once approved, you'll automatically receive a personal discount code for your own ski purchase — strictly for personal use, under the Syndicate conditions.

Heads up — your discount code arrives by email. Check your spam/junk folder, and add syndicate@oplus.at to your contacts so you don't miss it.

2
Step 2 · Log in

Log in to your dashboard

Once your application is approved, go to the login page and enter your username and password. You'll be taken straight to your personal Affiliate Dashboard.

Tip — bookmark the login page in your browser so your dashboard is always one click away.

3
Step 3 · Explore

Explore your Affiliate Dashboard

Your dashboard is the control centre of your affiliate activity. From here you can reach your unique affiliate link, track clicks, sales and commissions, and find your marketing tools. Take a few minutes to look around so you know where everything lives.

4
Step 4 · Links & codes

Get & customise your affiliate link and coupon code

Copy your affiliate link from the dashboard and share it with your audience. Use “Get link with source” to create separate tracked links per channel — Instagram, Facebook, a newsletter — so you can see what performs best.

Your unique coupon code is also your safety net: apply it at checkout on your own purchases (or your direct contacts') so every sale is recorded to your account. Keep the code unique to you, and keep its description accurate — don't label a 10% code “CUSTOM20”.

5
Step 5 · Marketing

Use the marketing tools

The Marketing Tools section gives you ready-to-use banners, product images and pre-made creatives. Copy and paste them into your website, newsletters or social posts to promote Original+ effectively.

6
Step 6 · Commission

Understand your commission & discounts

As a Syndicate Member you decide how to use your allocation. In the standard Syndicate program you have a total of 25% to work with — pass it to your client as a discount, keep it as commission, or split it. The discount you give plus the commission you earn can never exceed your program's cap:

Sale with no discount code25% commission
Sale with a 15% discount code10% commission
Sale with a 20% discount code5% commission

Different programs have different caps — your dashboard always shows the codes and rates that apply to you. For special campaigns (e.g. ski-test tours or major events) we may agree custom rates with you in advance, so it's worthwhile for both sides.

7
Step 7 · Payouts

Set up your payouts

Open your payout settings and add your PayPal details — payouts are processed through PayPal only. Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis; when you're ready to be paid, use the Payment Request function and we'll settle it in that month's run.

8
Step 8 · Track

Track your performance

In the Reports / Analytics section you can follow your clicks, conversions and total commissions earned. Use it to see which channels work best and keep refining your promotion strategy.

That's it — you're ready to start referring.

Share your link, apply your code, track your results. Any question along the way, reach out and we'll help you out.

House rule · Please read

No public discounting

The rule is simple: never put your coupon code on public display. Publishing it where anyone can grab it undercuts our pricing and every other partner's margin. Your affiliate tracking link, on the other hand, you can share freely.

  • Not allowed: showing your coupon code in public — Instagram stories or posts, TikTok, public Facebook pages, open forums, discount/coupon sites, or anywhere it's openly visible.
  • Allowed: sharing your affiliate tracking link anywhere, including a “link in bio”.
  • Allowed: posting your code inside closed forums or private groups (members-only communities) — this is the exception to the public rule.
  • Allowed: giving your code directly to clients in private — DMs, email, WhatsApp, in person, or one-to-one.

Want to run a public discount for a campaign or event? Reach out first — email syndicate@oplus.at and we'll set it up properly together. Misuse may lead to your code being deactivated.

Get credited

Tracking tips for the affiliate platform

The most common reasons a sale doesn't get tracked — and how to make sure every one counts toward you. Tap to open.

Share your real affiliate link — and use a source per channel+
Always share the affiliate link straight from your dashboard. When someone clicks it, the platform drops a cookie in their browser, so any purchase within the cookie window (around 30 days) still credits you — even if they come back later without the link. Use “Get link with source” to make a separate tracked link for each channel (Instagram, newsletter, etc.) so you can see what's actually working. Avoid third-party link shorteners that can strip the tracking.
Get your coupon code applied at checkout+
Your coupon code tracks independently of the link — the customer just needs to enter it at checkout for the sale to be credited to you. It's your safety net: if a cookie was cleared or they switched devices, the code still ties the order back to you. Using both your link and your code together is the most reliable combination (and no, it won't pay you twice — the system prevents double commission).
Same browser, same device — and no incognito+
Cookie tracking is tied to the browser and device the customer clicked from. If they click on their phone but buy on a laptop, clear their cookies, or shop in private/incognito mode, the link cookie can be lost. When the link alone is at risk, the coupon code is what saves the sale — so encourage clients to use your code.
Only one code applies per order+
A checkout can only take one discount code. If a customer enters a different code (a general promo, another partner's code), yours won't apply and the sale won't be tracked to you. Make sure clients use your code and only your code, and keep the code's description accurate — don't label a 10% code “CUSTOM20”.
Check your Referrals & Commission tab to confirm it landed+
After a sale, open the Commission / Referrals tab on your dashboard. Each order shows how it was tracked (link, coupon, connected customer or product) and its status — pending, approved or paid. If a sale you expected isn't there, flag it early so we can look into it.
Set your payment method before requesting a payout+
Add your PayPal details under Settings → Payment. Without a payment method on file we can't pay you, even once commissions are approved. Payouts run monthly — use the Payment Request function and it'll be settled in that month's run.
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer below? Send it to us — we publish new answers here as they come in.

How long does approval take after I register?+
Once you've registered and uploaded your documents via the Dropbox link, our team reviews your application. You'll be notified as soon as you're approved — and that's when you receive your personal discount code.
What documents do I need to upload?+
Proof that you belong to the ski industry. That can be a ski instructor certification (any level) or proof of employment in the ski industry — for example a lift technician, trainer, rescue/patrol operations, mountain guide, resort hospitality, and so on. Each application is reviewed individually. Upload your documents through the Dropbox link in Step 1.
What's the difference between my affiliate link and my coupon code?+
Your affiliate link tracks clicks and sales when someone visits the shop through it. Your coupon code links a sale to you when it's applied at checkout — and it doubles as your personal safety net for your own and your direct contacts' purchases.
How much commission do I earn?+
It depends on how much discount you pass to your client. The discount you give plus the commission you earn together can't exceed your program's cap — 25% in the standard Syndicate program. See Step 6 for the full breakdown.
How and when do I get paid?+
Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, via PayPal only. Add your PayPal details in your payout settings, then use the Payment Request function whenever you'd like to be paid — it'll be settled in that month's payout run.
Can I use my own code for my own ski purchase?+
Yes. After approval you receive a personal discount code for your own ski — personal use only, under the Syndicate conditions. Applying your own coupon code at checkout also makes sure any purchase is tracked correctly to your account.
